DTSS - Datasea stocks more than double on signing several purchase and distribution agreements

Datasea (DTSS) shares jumped 103% premarket as its wholly-owned subsidiary Shuhai Zhangxun Information Technology has signed six purchase and distribution agreements with six companies located in Nei Mongol, Anhui, Chongqing and Zhejiang.As per the agreement, Shuhai Zhangxun will provide 5G Message-marketing Cloud Platform Version 3.0 and further enhanced product availability nationwide in China by adding new district partners. In return, six companies will pay RMB886K to Shuhai Zhangxun for providing 5G Messaging products and services, of which RMB 490.4K has alerady been received.
