Greenlight Capital adds a new stake in Bill Foley's Foley Trasimene Acquisition (WPF), acquiring 1.86M shares as of March 31, 2021, according to Greenlight's latest 13F filing.Adds a new position in Spencer Rascoff's Supernova Partners Acquisition Company (SPNV), which in March announced a deal with Offerpad, with a 1.22M-share holding.Greenlight exited its holdings in NCR (NCR), Van Eck Vectors Gold Miners ETF (GDX), and Dillard's (DDS).In January Foley Trasimene Acquisition agreed to combine with Alight Solutions at an implied pro forma valuation of $7.3B; the merger is expected to close in Q2.
