  • DAVIDsTEA ( NASDAQ: DTEA ) has been accepted for listing on the TSX Venture Exchange and shares will commence trading on Apr.3, 2023 under the same symbol.
  • Shareholders will not be required to exchange their share certificates or take any other action in connection with the TSXV listing.
  • Following this, the company plans to voluntarily delist its shares and file Form 25 with U.S. SEC to delist from The Nasdaq Global Market on or about Apr.7, 2023.
  • It is expected to stop trading on Apr.14, 2023 as of market close; during a two-week interim period from Apr. 3 to Friday, Apr. 14, 2023, DAVIDsTEA's common shares will trade on both the TSXV and Nasdaq.
