DDC - DayDayCook to acquire ready-to-eat Thai food brand Yai's Thai

• DDC Enterprise or DayDayCook ( NYSE: DDC ) Tuesday announced an agreement to acquire Yai’s Thai, a Thai American food brand, as the company looks to expand its footprint in the U.S.
• Yai’s products are currently sold through over 4,500 stores nationwide including Costco, Whole Foods Market, Safeway, Sprouts, and Kroger, with anticipated revenues of $8M-$10M in 2023.
• The deal will be financed through a combination of both cash and stock.

• DDC -6.32% premarket to $4.45
