DPSI - DecisionPoint Systems acquires North Carolina-based Macro Integration Services

• DecisionPoint Systems ( NYSE: DPSI ) on Monday notifies acquisition of  privately-held Macro Integration Services, based in Greensboro, North Carolina, for an undisclosed sum.
• The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
• The offer increases mix of services, adds new solutions, and complementary offerings in point of sale, payments, mobility and self-service.
• The addition is immediately accretive, and expected to add $10M in revenue and $1M in Adjusted EBITDA during the remainder of 2023.
• The move strengthens DecisionPoint’s position in the broader retail industry and leads to expansion of services into the Southeastern region of the U.S.
