Mark is an experienced sales and operations leader.Through his 25-year career he has demonstrated the ability to driveboth operational performance as well as domestic and internationalsales expansion. Mark has held senior leadership positions in severalof the industries that Unicast services and he has a proven ability toestablish and direct global expansion in regions that Unicast istargeting. Mark has also worked successfully in the past to developand implement strategic plans and other process improvementinitiatives that drive profitability.

T he Corporation granted stockoptions to Mark Watson to purchase an aggregate of 5,000 common shares of theCorporation at an exercise price of $4.30 per common share for aperiod of ten years from the date of grant. The stock options willvest over a thirty-six (36) month period, with one-third vestingtwelve (12) months from the date of grant, one-third vestingtwenty-four (24) months from the date of grant and the remainingone-third vesting thirty-six (36) months from the date ofgrant.
