DH - Definitive Healthcare closes 11M-share public offering

Definitive Healthcare (NASDAQ:DH) has closed a follow-on 11M-share offering. The offering was priced at $36 per share. The company did not say what the net proceeds from the offering are. Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan acted as joint book-runners. Definitive previously said net proceeds will be used for acquisitions and general corporate purposes and to repurchase up to 2,233,238 Class A shares and purchase 1,766,762 limited liability interests in AIDH TopCo, LLC from existing holders in a "synthetic secondary" transaction.
