Winnipeg, MB - TheNewswire - October 31, 2023 - DELTA 9 CANNABIS INC. (TSX:DN) (OTC:DLTNF) (“ Delta 9 ” or the “ Company ”), is pleased to announce that it has been approved tosupply recreational-use cannabis products to Cannabis NB Ltd.(“Cannabis NB”) for sale in New Brunswick.

The Company plans to make its first shipment ofcannabis for retail sale in the New Brunswick market in the fourthquarter of 2023.
