DEN - Denbury reacquires NEJD Free State CO2 pipelines

Denbury (DEN) says it restructured its long-standing CO2 pipeline arrangements with Genesis Energy (GEL), reacquiring the NEJD Pipeline system and Free State Pipeline from Genesis for a combined $92.5M.Denbury's total remaining debt obligations associated with the NEJD and Free State pipeline financing arrangements are reduced by ~$25M to $91M.Genesis says the deals will allow it to exit non-core CO2 pipeline business that would have otherwise materially ended in 2026.Denbury emerged from bankruptcy in September.
