Dentsply Sirona ( NASDAQ: XRAY ) plans to repurchase $150M of its common stock through an accelerated share repurchase agreement with Goldman Sachs.
The agreement will be completed under Dentsply Sirona’s current share repurchase authorization. Pursuant to the agreement, the company will initially receive delivery of ~3.1M shares.
Final settlement is expected to be completed before the end of the second quarter of 2023.
