The Company is pleased to announce that it iscontinuing to review properties it had originally acquired forhydrogen production possibilities.  The Company had originallyacquired properties that it considered as highly prospective for bothhydrogen and helium production and had chosen to focus on the moreeasily enhanced nitrogen/helium properties instead of the moreinvolved hydrogen /helium processing facility requirements.  Althoughthe trapping mechanisms are very similar in nature, the more robustnitrogen/helium traps will continue to be the focus of DME.  TheCompany feels extremely good about the known hydrogen occurrences onthe lease properties it had originally included in its acquisitions,however, the current Company leadership had selectively chosenprospective areas for future hydrogen/helium production.
