The Company is also please to announcethat it has completed filing with the State of Arizona ProcurementOffice as a qualified well plugging, emergency plugging and pluggingengineering company provider to the Arizona Oil and Gas ConservationCommission and AZDEQ. Principals of the Company have been listed asthe approved and licensed emergency well responder and well pluggingprovider in other states and jurisdictions and is pleased to helpprovide this specialized service to the State of Arizona.
