DHX - DHI launches new $15M in stock repurchase program

DHI (NYSE:DHX) trades 2.6% higher after hours on board authorizing a new stock repurchase program that permits the purchase of up to $15M of its stock; new authorization is currently effective and is approved to run through February 2023. The new program was approved post the completion of DHI's previous $20M stock purchase program, which was initially approved in February 2021. Under the earlier program, the company repurchased ~4.4M shares. The current program forms 5.8% of its total current market cap.
