Diageo ( NYSE: DEO ) has announced that as Ivan Menezes is currently in hospital receiving treatment for medical conditions, the Board has appointed Debra Crew Interim CEO with immediate effect.
As previously announced, Ivan will retire from the Board on 30 June 2023.
