DEO - Diageo PLC plans to delist from Euronext Paris Dublin

- Diageo ( NYSE: DEO ) said it plan to submit applications for delisting its ordinary shares from Euronext Paris and Euronext Dublin.
- The London-based company noted that the decision to delist was taken after a review of the trading volumes, costs and administrative requirements related to the listings.
- The delistings will not have any impact on the company's day-to-day operations in France or Ireland, according to Diageo.
- The company expects delisting from Euronext Paris will take around May 26 and from Euronext Dublin around May 30, subject to conditions.
- Diageo's listings on the London Stock Exchange (DGE) and on the NYSE ( DEO ) will not be impacted by the delistings.
