ADK:CC - DIAGNOS Announces Grant of Stock Options
BROSSARD, Quebec, Feb. 10, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- February 10, 2023 – Diagnos Inc. (“DIAGNOS” or “the Corporation”) (TSX Venture: ADK) (OTCQB: DGNOF), a leader in early detection of critical health issues through the use of its FL AI RE platform based on Artificial Intelligence ( AI ), announces the grant of an aggregate number of 1,275,000 stock options to its officers, employees, consultants and directors.
Stock options vest at 50% per year, commencing with the first anniversary of the grant. The exercise price of these stock options has been established at $0.425 per share. The expiry date to which these stock options can be exercised has been fixed to February 10, 2028.
The stock options remain subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
