FANG - Diamondback Energy Endeavor confirm cash and stock merger deal valued at $26B

- Diamondback Energy ( NASDAQ: FANG ) confirmed Monday it agreed to a merger with Endeavor Energy Resources in a cash and stock deal valued at ~$26B including debt.
- Consideration will consist of ~117.3M common shares and $8B of cash; Diamondback's ( FANG ) existing stockholders are expected to own 60.5% of the combined company, and Endeavor's equity holders are expected to 39.5%.
