Diana Containerships Inc. (DCIX) is a microcap shipping stock and, because it is a foreign issuer, under SEC rules its disclosure requirements are much looser than a US-based SEC filer. Whether assessing DCIX as a long or short investment or trade, extreme caution should be taken.
