DSX - Diana Shipping announces time charter contracts with SwissMarine and Cargill

Diana Shipping (NYSE:DSX) through a separate wholly-owned subsidiary entered into a time charter contract with SwissMarine, Singapore, for one of its Post-Panamax dry bulk vessels, the m/v Alcmene. The gross charter rate is $17.1K/day for a a time charter period until minimum Dec.20, 2022 up to maximum Mar.5, 2023; charter is expected to commence on Nov.24. It has also entered into a time charter contract with Cargill International for one of its Capesize dry bulk vessels, the m/v G. P. Zafirakis; gross charter rate is $22,750/day for a period until minimum Nov.1, 2022 up to Dec.31, 2022. The charter is expected to commence on Dec.3. Through a separate wholly-owned subsidiary, it has entered into a time charter contract with Cargill for one of its Panamax dry bulk vessels, the m/v Ismene; gross charter rate is $18.5/day for a a time charter period until minimum Dec.15, 2022 up to maximum Feb.15, 2023; charter is expected
