DSX - Diana Shipping charters out m/v Santa Barbara and m/v Phaidra

- Diana Shipping ( NYSE: DSX ) on Monday announced new time charters for m/v Santa Barbara and m/v Phaidra, which would generate about US$16.71 million of gross revenue for the minimum scheduled period of their time charters.
- For m/v Santa Barbara, the gross charter rate is US$21,250 per day, minus a 5% commission paid to third parties, for a period until minimum October 10, 2024 up to maximum December 10, 2024.
- For m/v Phaidra, the gross charter rate is US$12,250 per day, minus a 4.75% commission paid to third parties, for a period until minimum September 1, 2024 up to maximum November 15, 2024.
