  • Diana Shipping ( NYSE: DSX ) has signed a time charter deal for its Capesize dry bulk vessels, the m/v G. P. Zafirakis.
  • The 2014-built, 179,492 dwt vessel was chartered to Solebay Shipping Cape Company for a gross rate of $17K/day for a period until minimum June 15, 2024 up to maximum August 15, 2024.
  • The charter is expected to commence on January 10, 2023, with the employment anticipated to generate approximately $8.76M of gross revenue for the minimum scheduled period of the time charter.
