Biopharmaceutical company DICE Therapeutics ( NASDAQ: DICE ) has priced its upsized offering of 8,219,178 shares of its common stock at $36.50/share.
Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,232,876 shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
