DKS - Dick's Sporting Goods to redeem senior notes due 2025

• Dick's Sporting Goods ( NYSE: DKS ) is looking to redeem all of its outstanding 3.25% Convertible Senior Notes due 2025 on April 18, 2023.
• The aggregate principal amount of the notes being redeemed is $59,127,000 (which is equal to the current aggregate principal amount of notes outstanding).
• The redemption price will be equal to 100% of the principal amount of each note, payable in cash, plus accrued and unpaid interest on such note to, but excluding, the redemption date for such note.
