DGHI - Digihost launches 1.2M share buyback program

Digihost Technology (NASDAQ:DGHI) received approval to undertake a normal course issuer bid program to purchase up to 1.2M of its subordinate voting shares for cancellation. Additionally, the company has recently reduced its outstanding debt by $2M and intends to be completely debt free within the next 12 months. Currently, the company has 27.7M subordinate voting shares issued and outstanding; maximum number of subordinate voting shares that may be purchased by the company under the Bid represents ~5% of currently issued and outstanding shares.
