Digihost Technology (NASDAQ:DGHI) entered into an at-the-market offering agreement with H.C. Wainwright wherein the agent may issue and sell from time to time such number of subordinate voting shares worth $250M. Net proceeds to be used for supporting the growth and development of the company's existing mining operations as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes and to repay outstanding indebtedness.
