Marketing technology company Digital Media Solutions (NYSE:DMS) has acquired Seattle-based identity resolution company, Traverse Data. Financial terms of the transaction were disclosed. Traverse Data uses data and technology to generate new customers for advertisers and incremental revenue for publishers through a commercialized audience activation, re-engagement and retargeting platform. The acquisition will help scale the DMS data asset and accelerate its technology roadmap.
