DRCT - Direct Digital gets $5M revolving credit from Silicon Valley Bank
- Direct Digital Holdings ( NASDAQ: DRCT ) said Tuesday it entered into a $5 million revolving credit facility with Silicon Valley Bank, as filed with the SEC on a Form 8-K on January 11, 2023.
- Direct Digital said it also has access to an additional $2.5 million incremental revolving facility, increasing the aggregate amount of the credit facility to $7.5 million.
- Loans under the credit facility mature on September 30, 2024.
- Shares -1.1% at $4.64.
