I recently covered the Franklin International Low Volatility High Dividend Index ETF ( LVHI ) with a strong buy rating here . In international markets, it seems like dividend strategies can be a good way to bring down the risk of your portfolio without hurting returns. Today, I will look at the Franklin International Core Dividend Tilt Index ETF ( DIVI ), which is a fund with a similar approach. To judge the relevance of its dividend tilt strategy, I will compare it with a market benchmark represented by the Vanguard FTSE Developed Markets ETF ( VEA ), which has the advantage of having a very close regional split and a very close dividend yield (but without focusing on dividends)....
