As further described inthe Corporation’s information circular dated November 29, 2021 (the“Meeting Circular”), each of Ryan Kalt, Eugene Hodgson and BrianHearst were elected as directors of the Corporation so as to holdoffice until close of business of Corporation’s next annual meetingof shareholders or the appointment of a successor.
