DSS - Document Security Systems tanks 26% on capital raise

Document Security Systems (DSS) down 26% premarket after pricing its public offering of ~12.3M common shares at $2.80, for expected gross proceeds of ~$34.5M. Net proceeds will be used to fund the development and growth of new business lines, acquisition opportunities, for general corporate and working capital needs.
