DOGZ - Dogness readies registered direct placement of $7.4M shares and warrants

Dogness ([[DOGZ]] -15.0%) entered into a securities purchase agreement with certain institutional investors for a registered direct placement of $7.4M at $2.15/share.The company will issue 3.45M common shares and Class A warrants to purchase 1.73M common shares to the investors.It will also issue a warrant to purchase 276,410 common shares to the placement agent.Class A  and placement agent warrants are exercisable at $2.70/share.Proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes.Placement completion is expected to occur on or about Jan. 20, 2021.
