• Dole press release ( NYSE: DOLE ): Q2 Non-GAAP EPS of $0.51 beats by $0.17 .
• Revenue of $2.1B (+4.4% Y/Y) misses by $180M . On a like-for-like basis, revenue was 3.8%, or $77.9 million, ahead of prior year.
• Second quarter Adjusted EBITDA of $122.7 million, an increase of 9.7%.

• Outlook for Fiscal Year 2023 (forward-looking statement)
