- Payable Dec. 20; for shareholders of record Dec. 5; ex-div Dec. 4.
- Additionally, Donaldson’s Board of Directors authorized the repurchase of up to 12M shares of its common stock, or ~10% of its outstanding shares.
- To date, the Co. has repurchased ~11M shares under the prior authorization of 13M shares.
