• I’m launching a new series focused on long and short opportunities in the double-digit dividend yield market and my first idea is a bearish one.
• Natural Health Trends has a dividend yield of 11.16%, but its sales have been falling for years and the business is barely profitable at the moment.
• The number of active members is shrinking rapidly and has halved in just three years.
• Overall, I don’t think Natural Health Trends should have a market capitalization that is higher than its shareholders’ equity.
