DDI - DoubleDown Interactive to acquire SuprNation AB for $33M

• DoubleDown Interactive ( NASDAQ: DDI ) has entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire SuprNation AB, a Swedish limited liability company for cash consideration of ~$35M, on a cash free and debt free basis and subject to final 2022 financial review.
• SuprNation is a European-based i-Gaming company providing differentiated casino gaming experiences with unaudited preliminary revenue for the nine months ended September 30, 2022 of ~$18.3M based on management’s estimates.
