DUK - Duke Energy restores power for nearly 130000 customers in Indiana says more than 82000 still out of service

- Duke Energy ( NYSE: DUK ) said on Friday that as of 3:30 p.m. ET Friday afternoon, its crews had restored power for nearly 130,000 customers in Indiana, following the storms on Thursday.
- The company said more than 82,000 customers remained without power, and the potential for more severe weather could hinder restoration efforts.
- More than 1,000 additional crew members are assisting its Indiana workforce, DUK said in a statement .
