EEMMF - E3 Metals launches $5.2M bought deal private placement

E3 Metals (EEMMF) entered into an agreement with Echelon Wealth Partners and Canaccord Genuity as co-leads and joint bookrunners post which underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a bought deal private placement basis, 4.4M units at $1.185/unit.Total gross proceeds of $5.21M; underwriters will receive a cash commission of 7.0% of the gross proceeds.Each Unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant which shall be exercisable to acquire one share at $1.65 with 2 years expiry.Underwriters granted an option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the offering, exercisable in whole or in part at any time up to 48 hours prior to the closing date.Net proceeds will be used to fund the advancement of the company's Clearwater Lithium Project and for general working capital purposes.Offering expected to close on or about Feb.8.
