Eagle Pharmaceuticals (EGRX) approved a $25M accelerated share repurchase transaction with JPMorgan as part of the existing $160M share repurchase program. $25M share repurchase would represent ~5% of the basic outstanding shares.Upon completion of the ASR, Eagle will have bought back a total of approximately $205 million of its stock since its IPO in 2014.
