Eagle Point Credit (NYSE:ECC): Q3 NII of $0.39 vs $0.32 in prior quarter NAV per common share of $13.98 as of September 30, 2021, up 8% from $12.97 as of June 30, 2021 NAV per common share is estimated to be between $14.23 and $14.33 as of October 31, 2021. We generated NII and realized capital gains of $0.39 per common share, well in excess of our common distributions paid during the quarter. Further, given the strength of our portfolio’s performance throughout the year and our expectation that 2021 taxable income will significantly exceed our common distributions for the year, we were very pleased to declare a special distribution to common shareholders of $0.50 per share earlier today.” said CEO Thomas Majewski Press Release
