ECC - Eagle Point Credit slips on preferred stock offering

Eagle Point Credit (NYSE:ECC) has launched an underwritten public offering of its Series D Preferred Stock. Terms of the offering are yet to be determined. Underwriters may be granted a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of Preferred Stock on the same terms and conditions to cover overallotments. The Preferred Stock is expected to be listed on the NYSE and to trade thereon within 30 days of the original issue date. ECC -1.05% AH
