Stock Options
The Company has approvedthe granting of stock options to directors, officers, and consultantsfor the purchase of 1,165,000 common shares of the Company. These options have a five-year term and allowthe holder to purchase one common share of the company for $0.05 centsa share until December 14, 2028. The options will vestimmediately.
