• EBET ( NASDAQ: EBET ) has entered into securities purchase agreements with institutional investors for the purchase and sale of 6.37M shares of common stock and warrants of 6.37M shares at a combined purchase price of $1.02 in a registered direct offering priced ATM.
• The Warrants will be exercisable commencing six months after the date of their issuance, have an exercise price of $1.02/share and will expire five and one-half years from the date of issuance.
• The gross proceeds are expected to be ~$6.5M.
• The offering is expected to close on or about February 6, 2023.
• EBET -27.76% premarket to $0.97.
