EBET - EBET to raise $3.5M in stock and warrants offering

EBET (NASDAQ:EBET) entered into securities purchase agreements with several institutional and accredited investors to issue, in a private placement, 977, 657 shares and warrants to purchase shares at a purchase price of $3.58/share. Gross proceeds are expected to be ~$3.5M. The warrants will have an exercise price of $5/share and will be exercisable six months from offer closing for a 5 years period. Offer closing is expected to occur on or before June 15, 2022. Net proceeds to be used for general corporate purposes.
