Education technology services company Zovio (NASDAQ:ZVO) has appointed seasoned senior executive Randy Hendricks as its new CEO. Hendricks, who served as a Senior Executive at the Huron Consulting Group most recently, will succeed George Pernsteiner at Zovio. Pernsteiner served as interim CEO of the firm for the past several months, and will now return to his post as Chairman of Zovio's Board of Directors. Hendricks will assume CEO role and join the Zovio Board of Directors on December 6, 2021.
