EW - Edwards Lifesciences executes $750M accelerated share repurchase

Edwards Lifesciences ( NYSE: EW ) has announced an accelerated share repurchase agreement to repurchase $750M of its common stock.
Under the terms of this agreement, the medical technology company will receive an initial delivery of ~8M shares and the remainder at the maturity of the agreement. It has repurchased more than $1.7B of shares in 2022.
Following this transaction, Edwards ( EW ) has ~$900M remaining in its share repurchase program.
