Robust inflows, continued cyclical recovery, and normalization in global trade policies suggest bull run in EEM has a long way to go.
In the short term, an overdue bounce in the U.S. dollar will most likely lead to a pullback in EEM.
We prefer IEMG, a low-cost alternative to EEM, for long-term, well-balanced exposure to emerging markets equities.
