(“ EnergyFunders ” or the “ Corporation ”) (TSXV:EFV) (OTC: PRIEF ) is pleased to announce that Garrett Glass has been appointedby EnergyFunders’ directors to serve as Chief Financial Officer andController of the Corporation.
In addition to serving as a Director of theCorporation, Garrett is also the managing partner and co-founder of areal estate development company with 20 years of business andfinancial management experience. Previously, as the CFO, Garrett spentthe last 14 years building businesses alongside the founder and CEO ofa multi-billion dollar investment enterprise, focused primarily onranching and energy investments. He has led and promoted multipleprocess improvement initiatives, system integrations, automationprojects, and AI endeavors. Prior to his energy stint, Garrett workedin assurance and advisory consulting services for Ernst & Young. Garrett earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration withconcentrations in Finance and Accounting from Trinity University. Heis a Certified Public Accountant and also holds a Masters of Sciencein Accounting from Trinity University.
