  • ElectraMeccanica ( NASDAQ: SOLO ) will merge with UK-based truck manufacturer Tevva in a bid to grow their market share for electric trucks, the companies said in a joint statement on Tuesday.

  • SOLO stock +19.1% at 80 cents.

  • The combined company will operate as Tevva Inc. and is expected to be domiciled in Delaware.
