FCX - Element 29 announces new private placement financing of up to $2M and terminates previous offering

- Element 29 Resources Inc ( TSXV: ECU:CA ) on Monday announced a new private placement financing of up to $2M and terminated the previous offering announced on May 30.
- The new, non-brokered private placement is up to 13.33 million units at a price of $0.15 per unit.
- Each unit issuable under the financing consists of one common share in the capital of the company and one non-transferable common share purchase warrant.
- Each warrant is exercisable for one common share for a period of 24 months following the closing date at an exercise price of $0.25 per warrant share.
- Net proceeds from the financing will be used to fund exploration activities at the company's Peru projects and for general working capital.
- FCX +1.28% premarket to $44.19.
