Element Fleet ( OTCPK:ELEEF ) said its President and CEO Jay Forbes had decided to retire at the time of the company’s annual general meeting on May 10.
The company had appointed Laura Dottori-Attanasio to succeed Forbes.
Dottori-Attanasio will join Element on February 15, initially as President, to facilitate a seamless transition in leadership.
